Vera handles refunds up to $50 automatically. Anything larger comes to you. Every agent action is logged and most are reversible within 24 hours from your activity feed.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Free is $0/month — 100 credits, 1 store, standard take rates. Pro is $9.99/month — 10,000 credits, up to 5 stores, custom domain, lower take rates. Employee milestones (10 → 50 → 200 orders) work identically on both plans. The plan does not affect how many employees you unlock.
How do I unlock more AI employees?+
Milestones are automatic on every plan — no action needed. Hit 10 orders → Marco (Marketing) and Sage (Product Design) join. 50 orders → Felix (Finance) and Dana (Sourcing). 200 orders → Iris (Data) and Leo (Growth). Your dashboard shows milestone progress.
What are credits?+
