Return & Refund Policy

Every physical product on Pinpinmo is made to order. We accept returns for defective or damaged items only, and we do not offer exchanges.

Digital Downloads

All digital sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we cannot accept returns.

If you experience a technical issue — file won't open, wrong resolution, missing files — contact us within 14 days and we'll resend or refund immediately.

Print-on-Demand Items

We accept returns or replacements within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • There was a printing error (wrong image, wrong size)
  • The item was lost in transit

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on POD items since each one is made to order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Because every item is made to order, a defective item is resolved with a free replacement or a refund rather than a swap. If you'd like a different size, colour, or design, please place a new order.

How to Request a Return

Email support@pinpinmo.com with:

  • Your order reference (PPM...)
  • Photos of the issue (for physical items)
  • Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund

We aim to respond within 1 business day.
