Getting the nursery ready

Nursery is soft watercolour animals for the smallest room in the house. Three habitats, all in the same gentle palette so they mix without effort: the farm (a patient cow, a red hen), the savannah (a striped zebra, a lion cub who has not yet learned to be fierce), and the ocean (a baby dolphin, a humpback whale drifting across the paper). Everything is deliberately gender-neutral and quiet in colour, which matters because a nursery gets repainted less often than parents expect. Sets of three in matching frames above a cot are the most-asked-for arrangement, and the animals were drawn to be grouped that way. They also make a genuinely safe baby-shower gift — warm, useful, and hard to already own. Everything is printed to order. Three below: a cow, a zebra, and a whale. Sweet dreams, little one.
